Rental Policies
Please review Jump N Joy’s rental policies before placing your booking. These policies are designed to keep bookings clear, protect equipment, maintain safe operation, and help ensure a smooth event experience for every customer.
Booking Policy
Customers may place a booking through the Jump N Joy website or by contacting Jump N Joy directly. A booking is only confirmed once availability has been verified and the required deposit has been received. Standard online bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits, Refunds & Cancellations
A deposit is required to secure all reservations and is applied toward the total rental balance. Deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellations. If unsafe weather prevents installation, Jump N Joy will work with the customer to reschedule the booking to a new available date whenever possible.
Weather Policy
Inflatable equipment must only be used in safe weather conditions. Operation must stop if winds reach 25 km/h (15 mph) or higher. Inflatables must not be used during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or lightning activity. Jump N Joy reserves the right to delay, cancel, shut down, or refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.
Safety Guidelines
Adult supervision is required at all times. Children should be grouped by similar age and size where possible. Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, rough play, flips, wrestling, climbing on exterior walls, and unsafe use are not permitted. If wind, rain, or deflation occurs, all riders must exit immediately.
Space Requirements & Setup
Customers must provide a safe and suitable setup area with enough ground space, clear overhead space, safe access, and a nearby electrical outlet. Grass is preferred, though other approved surfaces may be used. Gravel, mud, sharp rocks, steep slopes, and unsafe terrain are not permitted. Access paths must be clear and at least 36 inches wide.
Equipment Care & Damage
The renter is responsible for ensuring participants follow all safety rules during the rental period. If significant damage occurs due to misuse or negligence, the renter may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Examples include punctures from sharp objects, burns from fireworks or heat sources, pet damage, and climbing on exterior inflatable structures.
Rental Agreement
By placing a booking with Jump N Joy, the customer agrees to the company’s rental terms, including deposit requirements, setup conditions, weather safety rules, supervision responsibility, anchoring restrictions, and equipment care obligations.
Delivery Area & Fees
Jump N Joy offers free delivery up to 50 km from Toronto City Hall. For locations beyond 50 km, an additional $20 delivery fee applies for every extra 10 km. Delivery fees are calculated automatically during booking based on the event address provided.
If you have any questions about these policies before booking, please contact Jump N Joy directly.
